INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. Oct. 4, 2008 – NPower Indiana recently received a $24,000 grant from Verizon to support the organization’s mission to ensure that all nonprofits can use technology to better serve their communities.

“It is imperative that nonprofit organizations utilize technology to its fullest in order to achieve efficiencies and to maximize their effectiveness,” said Matt Kelley, director of public affairs, policy, and communications for Verizon. “Verizon is honored to support NPower Indiana’s mission with this grant and to help it expand the number of nonprofi ts around the state that will benefit from technology.”
